You are making a confirmed booking with the Polynesian Beach Club. After completing this process you do not need to call, email, fax or send smoke signals. We are open 24 hours a day so just show up!

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure your check in and stay with us is super duper.

Our shared rooms are co-ed and are designed for travelers. As such, you must produce a passport or an ID and an airline ticket showing you are LEAVING the state of Hawaii in order to check in. Reservations can only be completed with a valid Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date.

There are no age restrictions; however, we ask that you are at least young at heart. The average age of our guests is between 18-35 years old

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Changes to reservations are free and must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival otherwise you will be charged for the first night of accommodation. Guests who miss their reservation date will be charged for two nights.

Please remember if you are booking the Studio in Kailua (Kailua Hale Ohana). This rental is NOT in Waikiki. This is a separate location in Kailua. If you have booked the Kailua Rental you do NOT need to visit the Waikiki location.You can find more info on our home page by clicking the Kailua Hale Ohana button on the right hand side.
